Closed-Cell Spray Foam
Dense, rigid foam with the highest R-value per inch we install (roughly R-6 to R-7). It air seals and insulates in one pass, resists moisture, and adds structural strength — the go-to for pole barns, metal buildings, roof decks, and anywhere condensation is a concern.
Open-Cell Spray Foam
A lighter, softer foam that expands to fill every gap for a complete air seal at a lower cost per inch. It also dampens sound, making it a strong choice for interior walls, rooflines, and new-build or remodel wall cavities.
Blown-In Cellulose Insulation
Recycled fiber treated with borate for fire and pest resistance, blown to your target depth. One of the most cost-effective ways to add R-value to an open attic floor, on a new install or topped off over existing insulation.
Blown-In Fiberglass Insulation
Lightweight, non-combustible loose-fill fiberglass that won’t absorb moisture. A fast, clean way to bring an attic up to code or add depth over what’s already there.
Roof Coatings
Seamless coatings applied over existing metal and flat roofs. They reflect heat, protect against weathering, and extend the life of the roof you already have — often for far less than a replacement.
Roof Sealing
Seams, fasteners, and penetrations sealed to stop leaks and keep water out — as a standalone repair or as prep before a full roof coating.
